Service Description

Our signature immersive Sacred Spaces wellbeing experience 3–4 hour half day facilitated wellbeing experience gives participants intentional time away from the demands of everyday life. Through a carefully selected combination of reflective, creative and restorative experiences, participants are invited to slow down, explore what they need and reconnect with themselves and others. This isn't about being productive. It's about creating space to simply be, experience, express and connect. Whilst our immersive 5-6 hour full-day experience creates the time and space for people to move through a journey of pause, reflection, creativity, expression, connection and restoration. Instead of filling the day with presentations and back-to-back activities, we intentionally create breathing room.
